Responsibilities:

To assist in overseeing the day to day operations of the taxi fleet operations department which includes fleet management, planning of new vehicles requirements etc.
To assist in developing programmes and initiatives to retain existing drivers and to attract new drivers.
To ensure timely and smooth allocation as well as replacement of taxis.
Involved in drivers’ service recovery and handling of drivers’ feedback/enquiries.
Preparation of management reports.
 

Requirements:

Min GCE “A” Level/Diploma in Business Management.
PC Literate with working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organised with strong planning skills.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.
Minimum 3 years of operational & 2 years of supervisory experience.
 

Working Hours :-

8.00 am – 5.30 pm ( Mon – Fri )
