Well I have had experience with buses and taxis, I wonder which amazing school of rudeness do all these public transport drivers go to because its not the only one time but umpteen times I have experienced the wonderful service (pun intended). I am really fed up especially with the driver  who assured me that that he is a RTA taxi driver.

I am not bragging about myself but generally don’t really be rude with anyone (thanks for the training I got when I was a customer service representative at a MNC bank). The driver was banging his hands on the steering wheel continuosly when I told him to stop so that one of my collegues could get out at her destination. He dint listen and left her far away from her place.

I hope this letter is published and read by the “RTA officials concerned”. Will RTA appoint any good driver could be a good poll question.. Is’nt it??
